Plot:

The film begins on Halloween night, as Michael awakens from a coma and escapes from the hospital. Driven by an insatiable desire for vengeance, he resumes his deadly rampage on the town of Haddonfield.

Upon learning of Michael's escape, Jamie's closest friend, Tina, becomes worried about her safety. Tina joins forces with Rachel (Jamie's foster sister from Halloween 4) and her boyfriend, Brady, to protect Jamie and evade Michael's pursuit.

As the group of friends tries to unravel Michael's true motives, they are haunted by a mysterious man in black who appears to be guiding Michael's actions. They soon discover that the man in black has his own hidden agenda for Michael, which adds another layer of suspense to the story.
